November 6-9

Hello again. I am back, kind of. Mr. Siemens has now started his three-week block where he will be teaching full time in the classroom. I will be in the school for support, as well, I will be helping him with guided reading and any other thing he may need help with. Your children have shown wonderful respect to Mr. Siemens. You should be proud of their behaviour.

Here are some of the things your child will be involved with in class:
Language Arts: Students will begin a novel study called Stone Fox. The class will also work in guided reading groups.

Math: Unit 2: Whole Numbers

Science: Rocks and Minerals

Social: Decision Making - government. The class went to the gym today and looked at the polling station.

Religion: Pentecost - Students wrote about the ways that they will be faithful to Jesus.
